Women’s Downhill Longboarding at Full Speed

919

Few racing sports are as raw as downhill longboarding. Charging down a steep asphalt road on a piece of wood (sometimes carbon fiber) and two pairs of small wheels, usually without protective leather clothing, is as hardcore as it gets. Watch a 4-kilometre long stretch of perfect asphalt with 18 hairpin turns, that gets up to 14% steep and enables speeds exceeding 80 kilometres per hour — or in other words: five minutes of adrenalin drenched all killer no filler action.
