Organisers of Another Fine Fest in Ulverston hope to have set a new world record for the largest ever shaving cream pie fight. They were inspired by Laurel and Hardy’s famous custard pie fight from 1927. Ulverston was Stan Laurel’s home town. Organisers say 1,186 people took part, beating Belfast’s previous record of 869.
